Project work covers both new buildings and refurbishment projects in the Retail, Commercial office, Medium and High Density Residential as well as Infrastructure, Industrial, Interior Fitout and Masterplanning market sectors.
We believe that commercial design is a balance of functional, aesthetic, environmental and cost considerations derived from collaboration with our clients and the consultant team. We have structured our business to enable us to do what we enjoy - which is working with our clients directly. Our principal will be committed to each project for its duration, bringing property market experience, lateral thought, creative design and technical ability.

Gustavo is an accomplished registered architect with a varied portfolio of commissions. During his 35 year career he has provided expertise to clients in the commercial, hospitality and retail sectors, in addition to undertaking a number of residential and master planning projects. With his strong commitment to sustainable, humanistic design, Gustavo excels at delivering well-resolved buildings that positively alter the way people perceive and experience space.
His strong conceptual skills and passion for detail have been demonstrated in the execution of a number of renowned buildings including High End Commercial buildings in Sydney's CBD; Westfield Bondi Junction Shopping Centre and the award-winning Establishment on George Street Sydney. Most recently, Gustavo was responsible for delivering the first 5 Star Green Star Residential development in Australia, followed by a number of sustainable medium and high rise residential projects.
Sergio has 8+ years of experience in the architectural industry working closely with Directors and Principals on development, concept design and delivery stages.
Sergio is competent and experienced in areas of design development and construction documentation. At InkArchitects he is managing projects to meet budget & timelines.
Previously, Sergio has worked on high-end residential and hospitality projects. His experience is in delivering environmentally responsible buildings and cost effective detailed solutions.
